SAN ANTONIO–The Alamo Chapter of Credit Unions has partnered with San Antonio TV station Kens5 in an effort to educate the community about credit unions, including how they serve their communities and what makes them different from banks.
According to the Cornerstone CU League, the chapter signed a three-month agreement for a commercial that is airing through the end of March. The commercial can be found here: view the commercial. In addition to the mass media, the chapter was part of three email blasts sent by the station and representatives appeared on the program “Great Day SA.” That appearance can be viewed here: View the Great Day SA interview.
The chapter has redesigned its website, and all marketing efforts direct consumers to the website to learn more about credit unions and help them find a credit union to join, the Cornerstone League reported.
